I’ve been touring with Trentemøller on yet another amazing journey in mainly USA and Europe 2017-18. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with Anders again as well as the band and crew. As I composed 4 songs with Anders on FIXION I felt a strong connection to this album and enjoyed every performance.

A tragic event happened in my family while touring. Music helped me see the bigger picture sharing and connecting on stage and with the audience. Often I thought of all the stories hiding behind each face in the crowd. Every night on venues time and space became elastic as music took over.

Living on the road is a precious dreamy felling. Looking out the window on the tourbus driving through landscapes and busy highways constantly on the move.

Just before going on tour I finished a degree as a body therapist. My fascination on how the body and mind are connected is a subject I’m keen on working with more and more. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine is now a big part of my life. I have a practice and I’m studying. Therefore I have not been very active on the music scene this past year apart from teaching workshops and exploring in my studio now and then.

This year I will teach composition at the conservatory in Copenhagen and I’m really looking forward to work and experiment in the lab with the students as I will also be a student to the mystery of making music!
